• Account information: When you sign in with Google through Supabase Auth, we receive your email address, name, and profile photo from your Google account.
• User/account identifiers: We generate internal user and account IDs to manage your session and link your content.
• User-created content: Any projects, creations, or other content you submit or share through the app.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve app functionality
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Display and distribute your shared content as you direct
• Ensure safety and moderate content
• Provide customer support
• Operate and secure the service

3. User-Created Content

Content you create and share on Clay Engine may be visible to other users depending on your chosen visibility settings (public, unlisted, or private). You can change visibility or delete your content at any time through the app.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google Sign-In: We use Google OAuth (via Supabase Auth) for authentication. Google’s use of your data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Supabase: We use Supabase for authentication and data storage. Supabase processes data on our behalf under our instructions. See Supabase’s Privacy Policy.

We do not use advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, analytics platforms (such as Firebase, PostHog, Amplitude, or Mixpanel for user-level profiling), or sell data to third parties.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With your consent or at your direction
• With service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., hosting, auth)
• To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data and content for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Children’s Privacy

Clay Engine is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us.

8. Your Choices

• You can delete your account and content at any time.
• You can revoke Google sign-in access from your Google account settings.
• You can contact us to request a copy of your data or ask questions.
